Job summary

STRAND is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Brisbane to drive store performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with the Store Manager, lead from the floor, and coach your team to meet commercial goals.

You’ll foster a positive culture, manage daily operations, and ensure high store standards across all touchpoints with focus on KPI achievement and strong loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership or supervisory role.
• Ability to lead from the floor and coach colleagues.
• Strong customer service focus with a commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coach your team to become confident STRAND product experts
• Drive sales, achieve store KPIs and lead when required
• Maintain high store standards across every touchpoint
• Support stock control, inventory accuracy and loss prevention
• Assist with rostering as required
• Know your numbers and drive commercial results
