Lagardère Travel Retail in Hobart Airport is seeking a committed Team Leader to lead a dynamic retail team in a full-time capacity. You will deliver memorable customer experiences, guide staff to meet service and sales targets, and maintain high merchandising standards in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

Relay is your easy stop for your travel essentials on the go. With a wide range of drinks, snacks, and everyday must haves, plus friendly staff to help you out, it's convenience made simple - just what you need, right when you need it.

We’re looking for a committed and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our retail family at Hobart Airport in a Full-Time capacity. If you love connecting with people, creating memorable customer experiences, and inspiring others – this is your moment.

*Available for morning shifts starting at 5AM-1PM (Monday+Tuesday required but other days are flexible)

What You’ll Do:

• Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
• Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
