LagardèreAWPL in Hobart Airport is seeking two full-time Store Managers to lead either the Purely Tasmania or Relay stores. You will guide teams, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and maintain brand standards in a busy travel retail environment.

You’ll drive performance across rotating shifts and partner with a diverse team to create memorable shopping moments for travellers. This role combines leadership, coaching, and hands-on store operations.

Purely Tasmania is a one-of-a-kind specialty store celebrating the very best of Tasmania. Relay is your easy stop for your travel essentials on the go. With a wide range of drinks, snacks, and everyday must haves, plus friendly staff to help you out, it's convenience made simple - just what you need, right when you need it.

We’re looking for two energetic and committed Full-Time Store Managers to join our team at Hobart Airport to manage either our Purely Tasmania or Relay concept stores. If you love leading from the front, creating outstanding customer experiences, and developing high-performing teams – this is your runway to success.

• A “hands-on” leader who thrives in a team setting
• Flexibility to work across rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays)
• Valid working rights & eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
