Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail management or supervisory experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills essential.
• Proven ability to manage store operations, staff, and sales performance.
• Ability to meet sales targets and manage day-to-day retail operations.
• Knowledge of mobile phones, telecom products, plans, and related services is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, staff rostering, and coordination.
• Lead, train, and supervise retail staff to ensure performance.
• Manage store financials including profit and loss, budgeting, and cost control.
• Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Recruit, onboard, and train staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee inventory control, stock ordering, and stocktakes; liaise with suppliers.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and handle escalated issues.
• Maintain store presentation and implement promotional activities.
• Implement loss prevention and WHS compliance procedures.
