Job summary

Vodafone Australia is seeking a Customer Solutions Assistant Team Leader to help run daily store operations in a dynamic retail environment. You will support merchandising, product launches and lead a team to achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in sales or customer experience in telecoms, with prior management experience preferred and a willingness to work a rotating 5/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience is preferred.
• Availability across 5 days on a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays, with 4 days of training.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store daily in partnership with the store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to meet sales objectives.
• Coach and encourage the team to deliver personal customer experiences that count.
