Job summary

Ghanda Clothing in Lorne, VIC seeks an Outlet Store Manager to lead the Ghanda Gang on the shop floor. You will coach up to 15 team members, uphold Ghanda’s values and ensure high standards of store presentation while optimising stock and sales performance.

• Customer-first mindset with solid retail fundamentals.
• Experience in retail/hospitality is valued but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Drive Ghanda values within the store team.
• Maintain store presentation per visual merchandising guidelines.
• Collaborate with Stock Allocator to manage stock levels and floor space.
• Prepare and monitor rosters, sales reports and store compliance.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 15 team members
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
• Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
