Job summary

Ghanda is seeking a Retail Store Manager for our first NSW Sale Outlet in Byron Bay. You will lead a team, uphold Ghanda’s brand standards, and drive sales while managing stock and rosters. This role offers a 38-hour week with a flexible pay approach and great perks.

You’ll build a high-energy team, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to ongoing training and development. A path for progression within Ghanda is highlighted in our culture of promotion from within.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach up to 15 team members daily.
• Drive Ghanda values and store performance.
• Maintain store presentation per guidelines and brand direction.
• Collaborate with Stock Allocator to maintain stock levels.
• Prepare rosters, sales reports and ensure compliance.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 15 team members
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
• Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
