Job summary

Ghanda Clothing in Lorne, VIC is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the GhandaGang on the shop floor. You will coach a team of up to 10, drive Ghanda values, and maintain store presentation according to brand guidelines.

In this role you’ll coordinate stock with the Allocator, manage rosters and sales reporting, and strive to maximise floor space and profitability while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail, with ability to coach and motivate a team.
• Strong customer service mindset and sales results orientation.
• Experience in store operations and visual merchandising is a plus.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 10 team members


• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team


• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction


• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space


• Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
