Job summary

Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Retail Store Manager for our Elizabeth, SA location. You will lead a team on the shop floor, coach staff, and uphold Ghanda’s brand standards in visual merchandising and customer service.

You will coordinate with stock and manage rosters and sales reporting, while driving the Ghanda values and ensuring an engaging customer experience. This role offers career progression within a growing Australian brand.

• Customer-first mindset and strong retail fundamentals.
• Experience in retail or hospitality is valued, not a strict requirement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach & train a team of up to 10 team members.
• Drive Ghanda values with your store team.
• Maintain a high standard of store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Liaise with Stock Allocator and manage stock levels to maximise floor space.
• Prepare and monitor store rosters, sales reports & store compliance.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 10 team members
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
• Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
