Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Retail Store Manager for the new Warringah Sale Outlet, NSW. You will lead the Ghanda Gang, coach a team of up to 30, and ensure brand standards are upheld across store presentation and customer service.

The role offers a 32-hour week with pay-for-hours, clothing and phone allowances, a monthly bonus scheme, and an unlimited clothing discount for you and your immediate family, plus ongoing training and career progression opportunities.

• Customer-first mindset with strong retail service skills.
• Retail or hospitality background valued, attitude prioritized over experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach a team of up to 30 team members.
• Drive Ghanda values with your store team.
• Maintain high store presentation per visual guidelines and brand direction.
• Coordinate with Stock Allocator and manage stock levels to maximise floor space ROI.
• Prepare and monitor store rosters, sales reports and team compliance.
