Job summary

Ghanda Clothing in Sydney is seeking a Retail Store Manager for our Warringah Sale Outlet, NSW. You will lead and coach a team of up to 30, driving Ghanda values and delivering strong customer service on the shop floor.

You will manage stock, rosters, and reporting, while upholding brand guidelines and ensuring store standards. Ghanda offers a 32-hour week with pay-for-hours-worked, a monthly bonus, and generous clothing/phone allowances plus family discounts.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail management.
• Experience coaching and developing teams in a fast-paced store environment.
• Ability to drive customer service standards and brand values.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of up to 30 colleagues.
• Drive Ghanda values and store culture daily.
• Maintain store presentation per visual guidelines and brand direction.
• Coordinate with Stock Allocator to balance stock and floor space.
• Prepare rosters, sales reports and ensure store compliance.
