Job summary

Oscar Wylee Rockhampton is seeking a Store Manager to lead and inspire your team while overseeing day-to-day store operations. You will work closely with Optometrists and Optical Dispensers to blend professional eye care with eyewear styling and exceptional customer service.

You will manage rosters, budgets and labour efficiency, coach staff, and ensure compliance and performance standards. No optical experience is required as we’ll teach you the ropes; growth into area management or operations

Qualifications

• Experience coaching people and driving results in retail.
• Experience contributing to rosters or store performance.
• Passion for delivering great customer experiences.
• Interest in developing decision-making, coaching, and team culture.
• No optical experience required; willing to learn.

Responsibilities
