Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or higher retail management position.
• Experience budgeting and scheduling staff in compliance with local labour laws.
• Retail or healthcare industry experience is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the retail arm and ensure policy compliance.
• Coach selling and customer service skills to the team and collaborate with Optometrists.
