Job summary

Lorna Jane Byron Bay store seeks a Store Leader to own the store, leading from the front to deliver exceptional customer experiences, build a high-performing team and drive strong commercial results.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on coaching, stock and visual merchandising, and creating smart rosters aligned to trade and wage targets while championing the brand and Active Living philosophy in-store and locally.
