Job summary

Choice Discounts is opening a new store in Castle Hill, Sydney. As Retail Manager, you will oversee day-to-day store operations, lead staff, manage inventory and financial performance, and ensure exceptional customer service in a 7-day trading environment.

You will be responsible for coaching a team of sales associates, implementing policies, collaborating with regional teams, and driving growth. The role requires at least 3 years in retail management, experience in discount/department stores,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail management role.
• Previous experience in Discount, Department store or Supermarkets is essential.
• Strong merchandising skills required.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with ability to inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service orientation and ability to build relationships.

About the role

Exciting position in our new store soon to be built at Castle Hill, Our second store in Sydney!
As a Retail Manager at Choice Discounts', you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for the retail industry.
