Stylerunner Armadale is seeking an inspiring Store Manager to lead a premium activewear store. You will coach a dynamic team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional in-store experiences aligned with the Stylerunner brand.

You will manage daily operations, rostered scheduling, stock control, and visual merchandising while fostering an inclusive, energetic environment. A proven retail leadership background and a passion for fashion are essential.

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing store team.
• Drive store performance through exceptional customer service and KPI focus.
• Manage daily operations including rosters, stock, shrinkage and VM standards.
• Identify opportunities from data insights and champion a culture of confidence and growth.
• Create a store environment that inspires, empowers, and performs while maintaining safety and OH&S standards.
