Koala Living on the Gold Coast is seeking a Store Manager to drive performance, coach a team, and deliver inspiring customer experiences. You’ll lead with vision, balancing style, service and sales to uphold Koala Living’s premium brand standards.

You’ll manage showroom visuals, stock, training and performance, create a customer-first culture, and lead initiatives that boost sales targets. Furniture or lifestyle retail leadership is preferred.

Formación

• 3+ years of proven retail leadership experience, preferably in furniture or lifestyle retail.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• High emotional intelligence with ability to lead, inspire, and grow teams.
• Passion for interiors and creating elevated customer experiences.
• Ability to interpret floor plans and provide quotes.
• Ability to create attractive displays in store following VM guidelines.
• Excellent organisational skills and time management.

About the Role:

As a Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the showroom—driving performance, coaching your team, and ensuring every customer walks away inspired. You’ll lead with vision, balancing style, service, and sales.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Driving and delivering exceptional sales results through team motivation and coaching.
• Creating an inspiring and visually impactful showroom aligned with Koala Living’s brand standards.
• Leading training and performance management of your team.
• Overseeing stock levels, merchandising execution, and operational excellence.
• Creating a customer-first culture where exceptional service is the standard.
