ALDI Stores Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Melbourne to lead daily store operations, drive sales and inspire a high-performing team. You will support the Store Manager in rostering, reporting and delivering exceptionally efficient service to customers.

The role demands experience leading teams in a customer-facing environment, strong communication, and the ability to train and motivate staff while upholding ALDI policies and delivering store results.

• Manage stock, inventory control, and shrink minimization.
• Run the store when Store Manager is away.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement changes.
