Job summary

ALDI Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales and inspire a high-performing team. As part of the leadership team, you will support rostering, reporting, coaching, stock management and merchandising while upholding safety, presentation and customer service standards.

This full-time role includes five weeks of annual leave, leadership training and clear progression within our Australian network, with a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members to develop future leaders.
• Keep the store clean, safe and well-presented.
• Manage stock, monitor inventory and minimise losses.
• Assist on registers, restock shelves and merchandising.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement ideas.
• Ensure smooth store operation and high customer satisfaction.
• Step in to run the store when the Store Manager is away.
