ALDI Stores Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Melbourne to lead daily operations, drive sales, and inspire a high-performing team. You will support the Store Manager across rostering, reporting, and delivering customer-focused service in a multi-million-dollar business.

You’ll train leaders, uphold safety and cleanliness, manage stock, and participate in a flexible roster that includes weekends and early mornings. Competitive remuneration and strong career progression await.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members to develop the next generation of leaders.
• Keep the store clean, safe, and compliant with high standards.
• Oversee stock management, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Collaborate on registers, shelf replenishment, and merchandising special buys.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and propose ideas.
• Ensure smooth store operations and deliver excellent customer service.
• Step in to run the store in the Store Manager's absence.
