Job summary

Lowes Petroleum is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead a busy service station with pre-packaged food and coffee. The role centers on retail performance, strong merchandising, and delivering consistent customer service across a 6‑day trading week.

You will be hands-on, commercially minded and responsible for running a tight operation, coaching a team, and driving profitable store outcomes while maintaining safety and standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in convenience retail, fuel retail, grocery, or QSR-style environments.
• Strong merchandising and range execution knowledge.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead a focused retail service station with a pre-packaged food and convenient coffee offer. This role is about retail performance and execution - growing convenience sales, maintaining strong in-store standards, and merchandising the store to maximise impulse purchases and customer flow.

You'll be hands-on, commercially minded, and focused on running a tight operation that delivers consistent results across 6-day trading.
