Telstra Retail is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Consultant (Expression of Interest) to deliver outstanding in-store experiences and help customers find the right Telstra products and services. You’ll stay current on tech, support colleagues, and contribute to achieving sales targets while keeping customers connected.

The role covers multiple Canberra-area locations with flexible hours and a strong focus on customer care and teamwork.

Qualificações

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong sales mindset with ability to identify customer needs.
• Good knowledge of Telstra products and services or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively with store team to hit targets.
• Comfort with explaining complex tech in simple terms.
• Adaptable and positive attitude in a fast-paced retail environment.
