Job summary

Millennium Services Group in Eastgardens, NSW, is seeking a highly motivated Security Supervisor to lead a retail/site security team. The role focuses on site security, building management systems, fire control systems, and adherence to SOPs to ensure safe, compliant operations.

You will manage a team of Security Officers, oversee the control room and CCTV, maintain client relationships, assess risks, respond to incidents, and promote safety on site while working full-time with penalty rates and

Qualifications

• Valid Security Licence is required.
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification is required.
• Security supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• Previous experience in a retail environment is highly regarded.
• Reliable transportation is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage client relationships and stakeholders on site.
• Proven track record of reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain workplace health and safety.
• Input data on site/client systems, as required by site SOPs.
• Recruit and train new employees.

Millennium is currently seeking a highly motivated Security Supervisor to manage one of our busy Retail/Shopping Centre sites in Eastgardens, NSW.

The role requires an experienced individual with excellent knowledge in site security, building management systems and fire control systems, and the application of standard operating procedures.

Level 4 + penalty rates + Sign on Bonus

Roster

• Tuesday: 0830-1800
• Wednesday: 0830-1800
• Thursday: 1200-2100
• Friday: 0830-1800
• Saturday: 0830-1800

Key Selection Criteria:
