Job summary

Millennium Services Group on the Central Coast is seeking a highly motivated Security Supervisor to lead a busy Retail site. You will manage a team of Security Officers, oversee the on-site control room and CCTV, and report to the regional manager.

The role requires experience in site security, building management systems and fire control systems, and the application of SOPs. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in the Security Industry with day-time shifts Tuesday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Valid Security Licence is required.
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification is required.
• Security supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a retail environment (highly regarded).
• Reliable transportation (preferred).
• Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• The ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage client relationships and stakeholders on site.
• A proven track record of reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of Security Officers.

• Provide advice, directions and display a willingness to assist all persons whilst on-duty.
• Promote and maintain workplace health and safety.
• Input data on site/client systems, as required by site SOPs.
• Recruit and train new employees.
