Job summary

Securecorp is seeking experienced Retail Security Officers to join our Inner West Sydney team on a part-time and casual basis across Homebush and Rhodes. You will provide a visible security presence, assist customers, and support client site operations.

Key requirements include a current Security Licence and First Aid CPR, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a professional appearance. Evening and weekend rosters apply, with comprehensive training and career development opportunities

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and security presence.
• Patrol and monitor assigned premises.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
• Assess and manage risks as they arise.
• Control access and manage visitors.
• Accurate incident reporting and record keeping.
• Support site operations in line with client and company procedures.

About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking experienced, motivated and professional Retail Security Officers to join our growing team across several client sites in Inner West Sydney.

Part-time and casual opportunities are available across the following locations:
Homebush and Rhodes.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing a high level of customer service and security presence
• Patrolling and monitoring assigned premises
• Responding to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations
• Assessing and managing risks as they arise
• Access control and visitor management
• Accurate incident reporting and record keeping
• Supporting site operations in line with client and company procedures

Rostered Hours

• Part-time and casual positions available
• Flexibility required to work rotating rosters, including nights and weekends
