Securecorp is seeking motivated Retail Security Officers to join our Hornsby teams on permanent reliever and casual contracts across Hornsby and surrounds. You will patrol, monitor and guard retail sites, acting as the first point of contact for shoppers and staff while maintaining strict safety standards.

Applicants must hold a current NSW Security Licence (Crowd Controller), a valid First Aid/CPR, and have prior security experience with strong customer service focus.

Formación

• Current NSW Security Licence (including Crowd Controller component).
• First Aid and CPR certification valid.
• Previous security industry experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presentation and reliability.

• Deliver high-visibility patrolling, guarding, and site monitoring across retail premises.
• Act as a welcoming, professional point of contact for shoppers, staff and contractors.
• Manage site access control systems and ensure safety compliance.
• Respond to alarms, incidents and emergencies promptly and professionally.
• Identify and mitigate potential security hazards and risks.
• Maintain detailed records and complete incident reports.

• A current NSW Security Licence (including the Crowd Controller component).
• A valid, up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification.
• Previous experience within the security industry.
