Qualifications

• Hold a current NSW Security Licence.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and professional presentation.
• Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.
• Reliable with ability to work rotating rosters, including weekends and public holidays.
• Previous retail security experience is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-visibility patrols to keep shoppers and retailers safe.
• Greet customers, answer enquiries, and give directions.
• Monitor CCTV, manage access points, and enforce site policies.
• Lead the response to alarms, medical incidents, or evacuations.
• Liaise with centre management, retailers, and emergency services, while keeping logs.
