Securecorp is seeking motivated, professional Full Time Security Officers for Melbourne's CBD Southgate Retail Precinct. You will provide a visible security presence, deliver excellent customer service, and may expand into Control Room duties. Flexible shifts across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays are available.

The role suits security professionals with a Control Room licence/endorsement who want to advance their career within the security industry.

Qualifications

• Current Victorian Security Licence and Control Room endorsement/licence required.
• First Aid and CPR certification held by the candidate.
• Experience in security, preferably retail or commercial environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, highly visible security presence across the site.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to tenants, retailers, contractors and the public.
• Conduct routine patrols of the precinct and surrounding areas.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms and access control systems; respond to incidents and enquiries.
• Manage access control and enforce site procedures; complete incident reports.
