Job summary

Millennium Services Group in Clarkson, WA is seeking a part-time Security Officer to maintain a safe, secure environment while delivering high-standard customer service. The role combines patrols, incident response, and client-facing duties at a busy shopping/retail precinct.

You will hold a valid Security Licence, First Aid/ CPR, and prefer experience in retail security; CCTV and Fire Panel familiarity is desirable.

Qualifications

• A valid Security Licence.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Previous security experience (retail experience highly regarded).
• Prev. experience with CCTV and Fire Panel preferred.
• Availability to work day/night and weekday/weekend shifts.
• Good physical fitness for patrols.
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual work history.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets.
• Provide a professional and approachable security presence.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance.
• Identify and assess risks, taking appropriate action in line with procedures.
• Adhere to all site and company security protocols.
• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records.

About the Role

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering a high standard of customer service. This role involves a mix of patrols, incident response, and client-facing duties.

Positions available: Part-time

Potential earnings / Award Level 2 - $29.24

Shifts: Weekday / Night shifts

Week 1:

Tuesday – 1630 - 0200

Wednesday – 1630 - 0200

Friday – 1200 - 2130

Saturday – 1400 - 2115

Week 2:

Tuesday – 1630 - 0200

Wednesday – 1630 - 0200

Friday – 1200 - 2130

Saturday – 1400 - 2115

Sunday – 1400 - 2115

Key Responsibilities
