Millennium Services Group is seeking a professional Security Officer for a full-time role at Doncaster, VIC 3108. The position involves patrols, incident response, and high levels of customer service in a retail/shopping centre environment.

You will lead night shift operations, protect assets, and ensure safety standards and procedures are followed. Shifts include both day and night, on weekdays and weekends, with opportunities for growth within the group.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Security Licence.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Retail security experience preferred.
• Available for day/night and weekday/weekend shifts.
• Physically fit for patrols.
• Able to work independently and follow procedures.
• Full Australian working rights.

• Oversee asset protection and maintain a safe, secure work environment.
• Complete all opening and closing procedures accurately and efficiently.

• Handle customer and team member concerns professionally and effectively.

About The Role

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering a high standard of customer service. This role involves a mix of patrols, incident response, and client-facing duties.

Positions available: Full-time

Potential earnings / Award Level: Level 2

Shifts: Weekday and weekend | Day and night shifts

Roster

• Roster 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday- 1800-0600


• Roster 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday - 1800-0600
