Sydney Tools in Mittagong is opening a brand-new store at the end of November 2026 and is seeking a high-energy Retail Sales Specialist to help launch the showroom floor. You will build relationships with local tradies, master product lines, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

We offer an above-market base salary with significant performance pay, 5-day/6-day fort-night rosters, and clear path to management as you grow with Australia’s fastest-growing tool retailer.

The Role

• Build Relationships:Become the trusted go-to expert for local tradies. Live local, work local, help locals and get repeat business.
• Learn & Earn:Master our product lines quickly to give expert advice, nail the upsell, and smash targets.
• Own the Floor:Keep the showroom looking sharp and breeze through checkout transactions (we'll train you on the POS).
