Job summary

Sydney Tools Pty Ltd is seeking an energetic retail sales professional to join our team in New South Wales. You will handle over-the-counter and phone sales, advise customers on power tools and accessories, and support in-store promotions and displays.

Ideal candidates will have sales or trades experience, a track record of meeting sales targets, and solid basic computer skills. Prior trades exposure is highly regarded but not essential; weekend shifts apply.

Responsibilities

• Process over-the-counter and phone sale transactions.
• Provide product information, features and services.

• Handle customer queries/complaints and offer solutions.
• Manage merchandising and store displays.
• Participate in regular training to improve power tool knowledge and sales.
• One rostered weekend day each week (11 day fortnight).

• Dealing with customer queries/complaints and offering solutions
• Manage merchandising and store displays
• Regular training and development to improve power tool knowledge and sales
• 1 rostered day on the weekend each week (11 day fortnight)
