Job summary

Sydney Tools Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Retail Trade Salesperson to join our Beenleigh store. You will handle over-the-counter and phone sales, provide product information and promote special offers.

The role is suited for someone with sales or retail experience who aims to meet KPI targets and enjoys working in a team. Training and development are provided to support career growth.

Qualifications

• Sales, customer service or trade experience required.
• Desire to provide quality customer service.
• Track record of working to KPI’s and achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work with and understand tools/power tools.
• Energetic and motivated team member.
• Familiar with basic computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Processing over the counter/phone sale transactions
• Provide accurate information about specific products, features and services
• Informing customers about current promotions and special offers
• Dealing with customer queries/complaints and offering solutions
• Manage merchandising and store displays
• 1 Weekend Shift each week - 11 Day roster.
