Job summary

COSENTINO is seeking a Retail Sales Manager in Brisbane to lead sales strategy and nurture client relationships across remodelers, builders, fabricators, and designers. You will acquire new customers and sustain existing ones, ensuring Cosentino products are positioned and promoted effectively in the market.

The role requires strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM management, and the ability to collaborate with Cosentino Centers, K&B stores, and designers to drive demand.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or field merchandising within a building, kitchen, or stone industry is preferred.
• Ability to identify new sales opportunities and manage customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product knowledge to present to customers.
• Present and sell Cosentino products to remodelers, builders, fabricators, and designers.
• Be responsible for overall sales in the assigned territory.
• Identify opportunities to maximize product visibility and generate sales.
• Promote Cosentino Centers and coordinate visits with clients.
