Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and rapport building.
• Ability to handle cash and EFTPOS transactions.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge across pillars of the business.
• Able to maintain store standards and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Providing high levels of customer service and building strong rapport
• Sound Cash Handling and Eftpos
• Learn and maintain solid product knowledge across all pillars of the business
• Maintain high level of store standards, assist with merchandising and presentation
• Work towards budgets, targets and KPI’s
• Assist with stock control and quality management
• Follow national legislation, WHS and security guidelines
