Smokemart & GiftBox Mareeba is seeking a Sales Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service and create an engaging shopping experience. You will contribute to a fast-paced store environment, help achieve sales targets, and support stock and presentation duties.

The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, EFTPOS transactions, and product knowledge across our pillars. A friendly, energetic personality and an eye for detail will help you thrive in this busy team.

Responsibilities

Provide high levels of customer service and build strong rapport with customers.
Demonstrate sound cash handling and EFTPOS techniques.
Learn and maintain solid product knowledge across all pillars of the business.
Maintain high store standards and assist with merchandising and presentation.
Work towards budgets, targets and KPI’s.
Assist with stock control and quality management.
