Job summary

Kaisercraft is seeking a hands-on Retail Manager to lead and develop our Maryborough store team. You will guide daily operations, drive exceptional customer experiences and present our product range at its best.

This role offers flexible hours (25–38 per week) with options for full-time or part-time work, plus opportunities to recruit, train staff and contribute to store growth in a family‑owned brand.

Qualifications

• Experience with managing a team.
• Ability to lead by example and coach/train a high performing store.

Responsibilities

Kaisercraft is looking for a professional, hands-on Retail Manager to lead and develop our team in Maryborough!

Based in Geelong, we’re a family-owned business with over 100 retail stores and counting, located throughout Australia.Whilst we continue to grow, Kaisercraft have a strong focus on ensuring the Kaisercraft values are carried all the way from our Head office through to our Retail Stores. The Opportunity

Reporting to the Cluster Manager, you will play an integral part in the smooth and efficient running of the store. You will guide your team to assist in ensuring the store is performing to the highest standard through customer service and presenting the store in such a way that it showcases our beautiful product range. Outside of assisting with general day-to-day operations, your other duties and responsibilities may include;

• Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help them to deliver on monthly team budgets
• Employee monthly rosters
• Recruit, select and train like-minded team members
• Managing and developing a small team
• Demonstratingstrong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
• Take a proactive approach in loss prevention management i.e. stock shrinkage and stock take
• Ensure store presentation is immaculate through visual merchandising
• Assist in the implementation of promotional & visual merchandising initiatives

About You

This can be a full time or part time role, anywhere between 25-38 hours can be discussed! We can also look at accommodating school hours.
