Job summary

Kaisercraft invites Expressions of Interest for a casual Retail Sales Assistant role at our potential Kingaroy store. The position is casual and the site may be temporary, with flexibility across 7 days and average 2–3 shifts per week.

You will deliver excellent customer service, keep the store well-presented, assist with deliveries and merchandising, and build product knowledge to help customers choose confidently.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing role.
• Ability to create a memorable customer experience and understand needs.
• Motivated with a passion to sell Kaisercraft products.
• Reliable with high attention to detail and good communication.
• Able to work autonomously, problem solve and take initiative.
• Flexible across 7 days, including nights and weekends.

Kaisercraft are currently inviting Expressions of Interest from Retail Assistants for our potential new store in Kingaroy!

Please note this role will be offered on a casual basis, and the store will operate as a temporary site.

The Opportunity

As a casual Retail Sales Assistant, you will play an important part in ensuring all our customers receive the highest level of customer service and you will have a large focus on keeping the store well presented to showcase our beautiful product range. Outside of customer service your other duties and responsibilities may include;

• Opening and closing of the store
• Assisting with day-to-day store operations
• Demonstratingstrong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
• Unpacking deliveries and replenishing the shelves
• Assist in the implementation of promotional & visual merchandising initiatives
• Maintaining the store’s appearance and organization to a high standard

About You:

• Experience in a customer facing role
• The ability to create a memorable experience and understand our customer needs
• A motivated individual with a passion to sell our products
• Reliable, high attention to detail and good communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously, problem solve and take initiative
• Flexibility across the 7 days of the week including late nights and weekends
• Be happy to work on average 2-3 shifts a week which will vary from 3-5 hours long. There will also be the opportunity to pick up additional hours from time to time.
