Wattyl Australia Pty. in Wagga Wagga is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Assistant for a permanent part-time role. You will help customers, handle sales, and support paint tinting and mixing.

You will work Monday to Saturday (no nights), receive uniforms and training, and be paid above award rates. This is a physical role requiring lifting up to 28kg and safe handling of equipment in a busy retail environment.

Competenze

• Customer service experience and a friendly, proactive approach.
• Sales experience in retail is preferred.
• High attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices.
• Physical role with manual handling up to 28kg.
• Ability to operate basic store equipment (pallet jacks, walkie stackers).

The opening hours are Monday to Saturday (NO nights)

As the Retail Sales Assistant you will:

• Attend to customer queries and orders
• Process sales accurately (cash handling/EFTPOS)
• Assist in the tinting and mixing of paint
• Perform regular stock takes, stock replenishment, unpacking and storing or inward goods
• Using Pallet jacks, walkie stackers and other devices to assist with manual handling
• Help maintain a clean, tidy store environment
