Job summary

Wattyl Australia Pty. in Ipswich is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Assistant for a permanent part-time role (25 hours). You will handle customer queries, process sales, assist with paint tinting and mixing, and manage stock while keeping the store neat.

The role involves manual handling and operates during daytime hours from Monday to Friday. Uniforms and training are provided, and wages are above award rates.

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and energetic Retail Sales Assistant to join our Ipswich Store in a Permanent Part-Time position (25 hours).

You will be provided with uniforms, training and paidABOVE award rates!

The opening hours are Monday to Friday (NO nights)

As the Retail Sales Assistant you will:

Attend to customer queries and orders

Process sales accurately (cash handling/EFTPOS)

Assist in the tinting and mixing of paint

Perform regular stock takes, stock replenishment, unpacking and storing or inward goods

Using Pallet jacks, walkie stackers and other devices to assist with manual handling

Help maintain a clean, tidy store environment
