Total Tools Penrith is seeking a Casual Retail Sales Assistant with a real passion for tools and trades. This role suits a motivated person with excellent customer service and a detail-oriented approach.

You will engage with customers, provide product advice, handle queries, maintain displays, and process orders, all while contributing to a friendly store environment. Ideal candidates bring retail or trade experience, a love for tools, teamwork, and comfort with technology.

• Previous retail and/or trade experience – you might be a retail star, or a tradie looking for a break from the tools
• Has worked with, understands, and has a passion for tools
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and a phenomenal teammate
• Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
• Comfortable with technology – computer literacy is a must
• Available for weekdays, weekends, and some public holiday work
