Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Retail Property Administrator to support a diverse retail portfolio across Sydney's iconic precincts. You will provide administrative and operational support to the property management team and help maintain records, communications and reporting.

In this fast-paced role, you will coordinate with retailers and internal service teams, handle inquiries, inspections and compliance tasks, and contribute to accurate documentation and governance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in property administration or similar role.
• Exposure to retail/commercial property portfolios beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Professional communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Confidence using property management systems, MS Office and reporting tools.
• Qualification in Property/Business or related discipline desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the retail property management team.
• Respond to retailer enquiries and coordinate communications and follow-up activities.
• Maintain lease records, property information and critical date tracking.
• Support rent invoicing, turnover rent, arrears management and financial reporting.
• Coordinate information between retailers and internal service teams.
• Assist with property inspections, audits and compliance activities.
• Prepare reports, correspondence and property-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records in line with governance and operational requirements.
• Support the team with general administration and day-to-day precinct activities.
