Job summary
The University of Sydney is seeking two Assistant Development Managers - Retail & Place to join the University Infrastructure team on a 5-year fixed term basis. Qualifications
- Experience in property development across acquisition, planning and approvals, construction and sale (retail/place desirable).
- Quality customer service and adaptability to change.
- Strong planning, analysis and communication skills with ability to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of development projects across feasibility, planning, approvals, procurement, design and delivery phases.
- Monitor project expenditure and assist with cost tracking and reporting.
- Assist in preparing project reports, committee papers and briefing materials.
- Coordinate communication between project teams, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
- Undertake research, data collection and analysis to support project planning and decision-making.
- Monitor market, planning and industry developments relevant to assigned projects.
