The University of Sydney invites applications for a Development Manager - Retail & Place to join the University Infrastructure team on a full time, 5-year fixed term basis. Located at the Camperdown Campus, this role leads assessment, planning and delivery of property development projects across the University's portfolio, driving governance, finance and stakeholder engagement to deliver value.

You will oversee feasibility, business case development, planning, procurement, design and delivery,

Qualifications

Experience leading development projects across feasibility, planning, approvals, procurement, design and delivery.
Strong financial planning and commercial acumen.
Experience with governance, procurement, WHS and environmental requirements.
Proven ability to lead and mentor project teams and coordinate stakeholders.

Responsabilités

Lead development activities across feasibility, planning, approvals, procurement, design and delivery phases.
Support preparation of business cases, investment proposals and strategic recommendations.
Ensure compliance with governance, procurement, WHS and environmental requirements.
Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities to support project outcomes.
Lead and mentor project teams and direct reports where applicable.
Support Development Director with industry consultation activity.
