bp ANZ is seeking a Retail People Relations Advisor to support the retail network across Australia and New Zealand. The role covers absence management, performance issues, disciplinary matters and investigations, offering clear and compassionate People Relations guidance.

The position is twelve months fixed-term, based in Docklands, Melbourne, with hybrid office/remote working. You will work with diverse stakeholders to deliver high-quality advice and build line leader capability.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications desirable.
• Experience providing frontline People & Culture support in a large organisation (desirable).
• Knowledge of Fair Work Act (AU) and/or Employment Relations Act (NZ) desirable.

Responsabilités

• Managing and advising on a range of PR cases including grievances, disciplinaries, bullying, harassment, whistleblowing.
• Leading investigations that are thorough, balanced and evidence-based.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance processes and build leadership capability.
• Drafting high-quality PR documentation such as letters and reports.
• Supporting store, business and market managers during change initiatives.
• Staying updated with policies and legislation to ensure high-quality advice.
