Job summary

Arc’teryx ANZ is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to shape the employee experience across our Australian & New Zealand retail network. You’ll work in stores, partnering with leaders to translate business priorities into practical people strategies that drive performance and engagement.

You’ll build trusted relationships, coach leaders on people priorities, and lead employee relations while balancing commercial outcomes with supporting our people.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive HR experience within retail or fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related discipline preferred.
• Strong business acumen and ability to link people priorities to outcomes.
• Experience navigating stakeholder relationships and influencing at all levels.
• Coaching mindset with focus on development and performance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Retail leadership across ANZ to deliver people strategies.
• Build authentic relationships with stores and the wider business.
• Coach leaders on performance, talent, succession, and workforce planning.
• Lead employee relations with sound judgment, balancing commercial outcomes.
• Provide expert advice on employment law and retail awards.
• Champion people programs like engagement and talent reviews.
• Use data to identify trends and turn insights into actions.
• Support continuous policy/policy improvements and organisational design.
