Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate to join our store team in Sydney. You will drive profitability and efficiency, collaborating with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute workflows, stock control, and replenishment.

The role requires physical movement, ability to lift up to 15 kg, and a customer-focused mindset. You will maintain visual standards, manage shipments and processing, and contribute to a safe, inviting store environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues and partner with store leadership to close gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor updates, and stock management tasks.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, and vendors to ensure efficient operations.
• Promote a safe work environment and maintain stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs and guest services.
• Assist with company directives and initiatives in partnership with Operations & Visual Management.
• Process shipments and ensure product flow with daily replenishment and merchandising.
