Qualifications

• Preferred 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

• Influence store environment and align with store leadership and company goals.
• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO's Flow initiatives and improving productivity.
• Engage with customers to provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Analyze reports with leadership to strategize and deliver results and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives.
• Educate guests on store goals, initiatives, new product launches, and guest-facing programs.
• Introduce all facets of the ALO business model (Retail, Yoga, Café) through testimony and knowledge.
• Leverage incentives and strategies to support meeting store goals.
• Resolve client needs quickly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Educate guests and staff on our product, community and culture.
• Prioritize tasks with Store Leadership to optimize business strategy and scheduling.
• Assist in processing shipments and ensuring product flow including visual merchandising and replenishment.
• Adhere to front and back of house procedures per Policy & Procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and inviting atmosphere during shifts.
• Capable of lifting 10–15 kg and standing for long periods.
