Job summary

Poolwerx Knox is seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to lead two retail locations, drive sales growth, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will manage stock, rosters, and merchandising while promoting operational excellence across stores in Victoria.

You will lead a passionate team, empower staff, and contribute to sustaining Australia’s largest pool care network through strong leadership and service excellence.

This role is fundamental to delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within our retail environment. As a Retail Operations Manager you will be the face of Poolwerx, engaging with customers, leading retail teams, managing stock, overseeing scheduling and contributing to the smooth operation of our business. Your enthusiasm and dedication will directly impact customer satisfaction and business success.
