Job summary

Poolwerx in Sydney is expanding its mobile pool servicing team. As a servicing technician you will clean pools and spas in residential environments and deliver quality service to clients.

No pool industry experience is required; excellent on-the-job training is provided. There is potential to progress into more senior duties such as troubleshooting, equipment installations and working on commercial pools.

Qualifications

• Experience in the pool industry is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent on-the-job training is provided.
• Ability to liaise with clients and provide quality customer service.

About the role

We are currently looking to expand our mobile pool servicing team.

As one of our servicing technicians, your duties will include:

Cleaning of pools and spasin residential environments initially, with the ability to progress into a more senior role based on performance (such as troubleshooting issues and providing recommendations, equipment installations, and working with complex equipment in commercial pool environments)

Providing quality customer service to all clients

Water testing using leading edge technology

Completing sales and marketing activities whilst in the field is important to success in this role.

Skills and Experience

Experience in the pool industry will be viewed favorably but is not essential.

No pool industry experience required as excellent on the job training is provided. Many of our integral team members initially joined the business with no previous pool industry experience.
